Very responsive and courteous people work there. A very comfortable and good atmosphere. I was taken care of right away.

I contacted Rosendahls because I needed new shoes with specialized orthotics. I chose to go to the Nampa location, which has a spacious interior and large displays of shoes. Dillon, who was my contact, was patient, thorough and careful. He noted all of my foot needs, made molds during my visit, and showed me the type of shoe that would fit me best. Once I chose my shoes he noted the alterations needed and scheduled me for a 2 week follow up. I received my shoes, tried them on and found that they fit well and were very comfortable. I will use Rosendahls in the future because I was very pleased with the overall service and Dillon's attentive manner.

Phenomenal customer service, and Brett was so knowledgeable. I walked in after having foot pain for months, and walked out with orthotics that were comfortable and worked with my current shoes. They had a great selection and lots of help finding what I needed. Thanks Brett! :)

Well...it FINALLY happened! Lol. I completely wore out both soles of the Birkenstocks (which I purchased from "Rosenthal's/BOI") and I was slightly into the cork on my right shoe heel (driving foot). So...I had to go to my alt sandals (I have many) and take the trusty 'hippie sandals' in for clean/repair/restore/re-sole attention. Was worried that my feet might get sunburned by not wearing the twin lateral leather stripes (yes I do have prominent 'Birk-tans!') Dropped them off on Monday, July 31st and was told it might take up to 10-to-14 biz days to complete. "No problem." Brett called me today, Wed Aug 2nd and advised they were ready for pickup. $58 total. 2-days! As usual, an excellent job was done. It's like breaking in a brand new pair of Birkenstocks (sole-wise); the inner customize to individual feet leather's were like slipping on an 'old trusted friend' once again. Greatly appreciated the work, courtesy, and expediting of my work order. I highly recommend either shop (Boise or Nampa, I've been to both over many years). You COULD buy your shoes on-line, it might be slightly cheaper in price; but you'll never get the 5-star local service they provide day-in and day-out. Support them. You don't have to have 'foot or insole problems' either, just feet to put stuff on (they have it all...besides only shoes). I'm very pleased (again).
